1. Have your financial institution fax a letter of credit to Herreid Livestock at 605-437-2634 or email us at auction@valleytel.net.
2. Create an account at www.cattleusa.com
3. At cattleusa.com, you must click submit (under approval to buy) for Herreid Livestock Auction.
4. We will approve you to bid AFTER we receive your letter of credit from your financial institution. It is best to do this at least 1 day prior to the sale, please don't wait until the sale has begun!
5. ALL INTERNET BUYERS ARE SOLEY RESPONSIBLE TO CALL THE OFFICE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THEIR PURCHASE AND PROVIDE BILLING INFORMATION. BUYERS WILL THEN SPEAK DIRECTLY TO THE VET FOR ANY NECESSARY VET WORK AND/OR REQUIRED PAPERWORK FOR THEIR PURCHASE. IT IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OFFICE OR THE VET STAFF TO KNOW WHAT YOU WANT DONE. IF THESE TERMS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE TO YOU, REFRAIN FROM BIDDING ONLINE.
